My Leadership Effectiveness Program can be tailored to technology leaders at all levels, from line management to senior executives. The Leadership Effectiveness Program includes:

• Everything DiSC Assessment
• 360 Feedback Assessment

• Six months of fortnightly 1:1 coaching
• Abbreviated 360 Feedback assessment at program end to assess progress

Companies looking to transform corporate culture opt for cohort coaching. In cohort coaching a cohort of five leaders engage in the Leadership Effectiveness Program, plus periodic group coaching throughout the program to strengthen relationships and build a coalition of change agents. Cohorts are either an existing team or a cross-organizational group of leaders.
